Details

When adding a card to the address book, an exception is thrown and the dialog
does not close.

Again, Addressbook is a part of Grendel which I nor anyone else hadn't gotten to as yet.  Also, it looks 
like whomever filed these "bugs" also mucked about with the code and tried to make Intertwingle work 
as an LDAP store, which it was never intended to do.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
Even though the address book hasn't been gotten too yet, it's still a bug now
that Address Book is in default Grendel builds. Note that bugs marked as
Enhancements mean feature requests.
