With linux trunk suite build 2005052705, a TABLE is too wide if it contains a DIV with a scrollbar. It seems to be too wide by the width of an additional scrollbar. On the foxnews page, it affects the "Latest Headlines" box if there are enough headlines to induce a scrollbar. This appears to have changed behavior a couple times, due to bug 292370 and then 292312.
