When an Atom feed uses a URN type URI in the id tag, Thunderbird does not
display the web page when the "show summary instead of web page" box is unchecked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add feed which uses URN for URIs
2. open article in feed
Actual Results:  
Same as above (displayed the summary)

Expected Results:  
Displayed the web page
