In the preferences for the latest version of Firefox, I have an actual download
location set up.  When clicking download links from any website, the browser
never downloads to that folder.  It simply downloads to the desktop.

It would be great if the browser would actually download to the preferred location.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open preferences
2.Select download directory
3.Approve the directory
4.Click download link

Actual Results:  
It does not download to the selected directory.  It simply downloads to the Desktop.

Expected Results:  
It should've downloaded to the selected directory.
