Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0) Build Identifier: I'm a huge firefox fan.....but...there is a serious problem to be solved around closing sessions automatically when closing a Firefox browser session. Starting from the knowledge where (hated) IE closes browser sessions automatically: General users assume that all browsers kill sessions automatically too. So when they reopen a new firefox session and see themselves still logged in they think that Firefox is not working correctly and therefore prefer using IE instead. Immagine the consequences if you are logged in your Internet Banking and don't logout using the bank's logout button. Worse...immagine being in an Internet Cafe..... Here is the dilemma: READUCACTING PEOPLE ON CLICKING THE LOGOUT BUTTONS OF INTERNET SITES OR FOLLOWING HATED INTERNET EXPLORER LOGIC BY KILLING ALL SESSION REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUS? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Close a browser session and reopen it to find yourself still logged into the website you were previously at. 2. 3. Expected Results: KILL THE BROWSER SESSION AUTOMATICALLY
