Windows or Norton, I'm not sure which kept asking whether I wanted cookies saved. I got tired of this so I 
selected 'never'. I Changed all settings to accept cookies, but still can't go anywhere on Firefox. I don't 
know if this has anything to do with it or not. All I know is that Firefox won't work on my Dell. My Internet 
Explorer still works. I'm using a Mac to report this, through which all my e-mail goes.
