User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; NetBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050528 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; NetBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050528 Firefox/1.0.4 Firefox is not alwasy the only application on the screen. Sometimes it has to share the screen with another application. The Go-button and the Google-field occupy precious space on the Navigation toolbar. They make the Address-dropdownbox narrower. This often makes a selection of similar addresses ununique. For people that don't need the Go-button and the Google-field they sould be able to be hidden. For example the popup-menu upon a rightclick should offer an option to hide them. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. size Firefox to occupy half of the width of the screen 2. ctl-l 3. sourceforge.net/projects Actual Results: The with of the Address dropdown-box is too small making similar addresses appear ununiq. Expected Results: The Go-button and the Google-field should be hidable giving their space to the Address dropdown-box. They should offer an option to hide them in their popup-menu.
Right click the toolbar and choose customise then drag the items off the toolbar. -> WFM
