Using 2005-05-27-07-trunk build of Deer Park Alpha 1, there's a strange startup
glitch:

I use a Dell laptop with additional "Access Direct" quick-launch keys on the
keyboard. One of the unconfigurable keys is "internet" which launches the
default browser and isn't configured to a specific page or program. When I
press this, I get an error box stating "The file/C:/Documents And
Settings/[USER]/%1 cannot be found." This offers an "ok" and when I click it,
Deer Park opens up with one blank tab then loads my homepage in a second,
deselected tab. Startup is normal and works without a problem if I use a
shortcut either through the Quick Launch bar or the Start Menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Deer Park Alpha 1 as default browser
2. Press Dell Access Direct quicklaunch button for "internet"
3. Click "OK" on supplied error message

Actual Results:
I got an error box stating "The file/C:/Documents And Settings/[USER]/%1 cannot
be found." This offers an "ok" and when I click it, Deer Park opens up with one
blank tab then loads my homepage in a second, deselected tab.

Expected Results:
Started normally with homepage on single open tab

System:

Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop, 1.6Ghz Pentium 4 M, 384Mb DDR Ram, WinXP SP2
I used to have one of those laptops, an 8200, but the board failed after the
hard drive went bad.

Hopefully, someone else has one of these three year old laptops.

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
