The cisco.netacad.net curriculum pages (requires login) scroll very slowly,
always jerking, delayed by a quarter second, and ups the processor usage to 90%
or above while scrolling.  The page contains 4 subframes, and are macromedia
flash intensive.  A screenshot can be seen at http://freemp3p.atspace.com/cisco.JPG

Expected Results:  
Expecting smooth and non processor intensive scrolling as with IE.
