Scrolled Bookmarks Menu doesn't get redrawn/updated after deleting bookmark,
leaving blank entries at bottom and can't access uppermost entries. Restart FF
to reset menu..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Bookmarks Menu that you have to scroll to get to the bottom bookmarks.
2. Delete the bottom bookmark.
3. Open the Bookmarks Menu again, and look...

Actual Results:  
Can't access uppermost entries.

Expected Results:  
Update the Bookmarks Menu.
