It's impossible to print popup windows without menu or icon bar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try this
<script type="text/javascript">
window.open("http://www.google.com","window1","width=310,height=400,left=0,top=0");
</script>
2. Try to print
Actual Results:
Nothing! That's the point.
Expected Results:
Show "Print" and "Page Preview" in context menu (right click) as IE does.

Ctrl+P works. Context menu changes are a WONTFIX
