Build Identifier: Version 1.0.2 (20050331)
Thunderbird crashes when I open the compose window.
This seems to be especially with IMAP accounts. For POP accounts this does not
happen.
I see two things to consider:
a) I imported the profile from mozilla 1.7.8 and the SMTP-setting were not
imported, only the default SMTP server appears in the settings. Magically some
of the others are usable (= were imported), but do not appear.
b) I am using the german language pack.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import profile from mozilla 1.7.8
2. Open an IMAP account
3. "reply" or "compose"
Actual Results:
crashes thunderbird.
Expected Results:
Proper compose window.
I am using debian and upgraded the pakage to the following version 1.0.2
(details of package below).
First is the output on the console, second in debugger:

I sent the report of the quality feedback agent and received the following ID:
TB6266998G
captured at 05/31/05 01:58
I used the standard downloadable version of thunderbird, but this is more
detailed in the report.
On the commandline the following message appeared:
$ ./thunderbird
./run-mozilla.sh: line 451: 6062 Speicherzugriffsfehler "$prog" ${1+"$@"}
Speicherzugriffsfehler == segmentation fault
Cheer up and thanks for your great work,
