Whenever you attempt to open a .lnk file by clicking on it (normally, they're
shortcuts for windows), the .lnk will not work: firefox attempts to open the
literal .lnk shortcut, instead of following the target that the shortcut (is
supposed to) gives.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse your computer use file:///
2.Find a .lnk shortcut file
3.Try to open it

Actual Results:  
[shortcut].lnk could not be found

Expected Results:  
Shortcut target should be opened.
