If there is a form on a page (like these bugreport forms) and the cursor is
placed there, it keeps blinking when switching applications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page with form (e.g. this bugreport)
2. Place caret in a text-field.
3. Switch to another application.
Actual Results:  
Caret keeps blinking.

Expected Results:  
Make the caret invisible until focus is returned to the window.
