You can check here: http://www.clandtm.de/
and u will see the flash-logo @ top which says DTM.. when u scroll the page this
movie is jumping up and down.. (this is a frameset redirect)
When u check here: http://lynk.ly.funpic.de/ (this is the page where the framset
redirects) ... now without the framset the flash header is not jumping anymore...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://www.clandtm.de, pass the Intro and scroll on the Main Page
(the Flash Logo is jumping)

2. Goto http://lynk.ly.funpic.de/, pass the intro and scroll the main page
(flash not jumping anymore)

3. The 1st Site uses Frameset

4. The 2nd site (which is in fact the same) uses no frameset

5. U see the difference

Actual Results:  
Jumping / Moving flash movies in framesets

Expected Results:  
not jumping in frameset

I tested this on linux mandrake and windows xp on the latest nightly firefox buildt.

I had to resize the window to make it scroll, but even than, no jumping
