296082 - the localized wikis still use /index.php/

The localized wikis for de, fr, pl and ja still use the expanded URL, that is

http://developer-test.mozilla.org/de/docs/index.php/Test should be

http://developer-test.mozilla.org/de/docs/Test.

Even if you go to the latter page, the navigation links on the left are all with
index.php.

Sounds like the rewrites are in place since the URLs work without the index.php,
but the config on the wikis aren't quite right since they still use it in the
links.  There should be a few lines in LocalSettings.php that control this.

Yeah, they all had this:

$wgArticlePath      = "$wgScript/$1";

where it needed this:

$wgArticlePath      = "$wgScriptPath/$1";

Should be working now.
