After opening bookmark side bar and after closing bookmark side bar, the main
page jumps up and down by a few pixels (like up and down vibration). Sometimes
it can be cured by navigating to a different webpage.
The scroll bar also jumps but not in a scrolling fashion. However the tabs are
steady as is are the toolbars top and bottom.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open bookmark side bar.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Main page jumps up and down

Expected Results:
Main page should be steady
