ATI Hydravision applications prevents firefox browers from displaying page; no
errors are generated. Firefox.exe is running in the background but not didsplaying 
the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Must be running ATI hydravision software (dual monitors)
2.Start firefox
3.wait for page to appear; it never does!

Actual Results:  
The default home page or the page I am trying to view never shows up.
Firefox will be running in the background, but will not function as a browser

Expected Results:  
When the firefox icon exe is selected the browser should appear, adn display the
home page or the page I am trying to reach.
Firefox will run normally if ATI Hydravision app (hydramd.exe)is stopped.
