I'd like to be able to make changes to the CSS and LocalSettings.php et al.  I
used to have ownership, but that was reverted when the wikis were upgraded.

You should be able to override css by editing the MediaWiki:Cavendish.css page
on the wiki itself.  I've given you access to the cavendish skin directory
though, so you can play.  Try to keep stuff you do there as applicable as
possible to the mozilla wikis in general, and don't forget to check it into cvs
:)  Anything that's specific to devmo should go in the above css file stored in
the wiki database.

I also gave you access to the LocalSettings.php file.  Keep track of what you do
here, we'll need to repeat it on all the localized versions, most likely.
