All mouse clicks within approx 1.2 inches of top ignored: tool buttons,
scrollbars, mailbox list, message list, column titles ...
Below approx 1.2 inches, all normal.
Once saw pop-up tip for item on hidden window behind.
Fix: close window, reopen window "mail & newgroups".
Thunderbird 1.0.2

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Random
I once had something like this happen in Firefox, but I narrowed it down to a
particular rectangle of area that was not clickable. It was fron the top left
corner of the window to about the "Stop" button on the right and down to at
least the tab bar (with two plugins taking up space vertically). I know that's
not a lot of information to go on. But it was completely random and I couldn't
click on the buttons at all, but I know it was a specific rectangle because at a
certain pixel I was able to click all of a sudden. I know it's a different
program but it might be related. I am using Firefox 1.0.4 on Tiger (10.4.1).

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

reproduction information if you have it.
