I'm using calendar for Thunderbird, and my thunderbird is always running. The
alarm(including sound, the dialog and email alarm) shows/performs only if I've
opened the calendar window(that is, the menu item Tools->Calendar in
thunderbird). If I didn't open it(just running thunderbird), no alarm will show.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a event in calendar
2.set the alarm for the event
3.close calendar, but leave thunderbird running
4.wait for the time of the alarm

Actual Results:  
no alarm shown

Expected Results:  
show the alarm I've set
