A banner without nothing always appears on Dear Park Alpha 1, and never appears
on Firefox 1.0.x. I'm using Windows Xp Home Edition Portuguese, Kaspersky
Internet Security 2006 (prototype) and nothing more. This appears even if any
adress is typed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Look at the bottom of window

Expected Results:
Instead of appearing that banner, it shouldn't appear nothing.

Theme: Default

do you have any extensions installed? i had a problem like this once but there
was text in that area showing that an extension failed to be read properly.
