The browser crashes as soon as the mentioned URL is requested. It doesn't matter
if it will be opened on a new tab or into the current one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto address http://techreport.com/onearticle.x/6363

Actual Results:
Firefox crashes immediately.

Expected Results:
Load and show the requested page.

The URL works A-OK in IE 6. Tried on another XP machine with same version of
Firefox, still crashes immediately.

Quality feedback agent log shows it captured the crash with ID: TB6304025X and
TB6304059W. It didn't ask any description about the crash.
