whenever i click on install theme button a dialog from download manager of
firefox opens that what to do with *.jar file i cant understand what to do with
that jar file to install the theme

You can drag the file to the themes window to install it. Unless web page
provides the theme in an XPI file, Firefox can't offer to install it automatically.
