I have attached an HTML file that works in IE but not Firefox. The 'here' text
should be a link, but is not interpreted as such. However, the 'ici' text does
display and act like a link. I have pasted the HTML in the 'additional
information' below.

There's another div positioned over the "here" text that captures the click events.

This is basically bug 102695 I guess
