If a user has weatherfox, dp will disable it. Then, if a software update is
made, it will NOT find any update to weatherfox, which is now known as
forecastfox. Also, installing forecastfox does NOT overwrite weatherfox. Not
sure if this is the ext dev's fault, or FF, so filing this just in case.
