Details
Go to http://www.commbank.com.au/ with mozilla M13 build from M13-4 debian
package. Go to it with Netscape 4.7 (or random other browser). See the
difference.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

This page uses <layer>'s (which aren't supported in Mozilla) and only works in
NS4.x
It renders the same in IE5 as it does in mozilla
