A page is not displayed correctly. If you do the same steps with IExplorer, it
will work fine.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in the page at the address reported:
2.expand Economy And finance -> National accounts (including GDP) -> Annual
national accounts -> GDP and main components - Current prices and click the link
in the left of the text ( node leaf )
3.complete a report on the window, through all the stages, until you have a
"download" button in bottom-right. When clicking this button, Mozilla does nothing 

Actual Results:  
does nothing

Expected Results:  
a new window opens, reporting some results ( test with IExplorer )
