296393 - Trying to print this page produces a bad progress dialog

Go to the page, then print it and watch happens to the progress dialog as it
prints. The progress bar extends itself out of view and the URL is not truncated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/cits/mo/mof/mofeo.mspx
2. File | Print
3. Click OK and watch what happens to the progress dialog

Actual Results:  
The progress bar extends to the right off the dialog canvas and the URL line is
not truncated properly.

Expected Results:  
Truncate the
"http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/cits/mo/mof/mofeo.mspx" to
something like "http://www.microsoft.com/tech.../mof/mofeo.mspx" and limit the
progress bar to a max distance so it doesn't extend out of the dialog's canvas.
