Details

Using build 2000-02028-08 on linux and win32 only (couldn't reproduce on mac
yet), if you are opening and closing mail+address book using menus only you will
crash.

1. Launch Browser
2. Launch mail using menu Tasks|mail
3. Launch Address Book using menu Tasks|Address Book
4. Close Address Book using File|Close
5. Close Mail using File|Close
Crash-Note this does not happen if I use buttons for the scenario above or if I
use menus for any other combination of opening and closing other components (ie.
Composer+mail, Composer+address book)

This is a dup of that same closing bug that's been around for a few weeks. This
is just another way to get to it. I'm cc'ing mscott in case he knows the
original bug because I"m not sure how to find it.

The crash is actually in

    view->GetViewManager(*getter_AddRefs(vm));

PresShell::CreateRenderingContext(PresShell * const 0x036904f0, nsIFrame *

Scott, I'm very glad you cc'ed me on this. The bug you are thinking of is Bug
#26926. And somehow someone marked it as FIXED last week because it works in the
browser! ARGGHH.

I've re-opened the bug. Feel free to mark this a dup.
I think this may be a dup of 26926, but that bug is marked fixed and this crash
still happens.  Reassigning to nisheeth.

But Scott, I re-opened that bug when I discovered they prematurely closed it.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 26926 ***
Note: this was resolved as duplicate of 22926, however with build 2000-03-01-09
on win98 and 2000-03-01-08 on linux this is now fixed. Duplicate bug is not
resolved as fixed for this build. Verifying this bug as duplicate anyway since
it's working.
