In windows, my DPI settings is set to 120 DPI
(Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced -> DPI Setting). Firefox
doesn't seem to respect this default value. 
If I go to Tools -> Options -> Content -> Advanced, the default DPI setting is
set to 96DPI.

I am sorry, I followed the instructions for searching the bug. However, I didn't
expect it to be Under Core, GFX: Win32. Especially because the bugzilla
explained under Firefox, Preferences that any bugs regarding default settings
should be here. I am sorry for the dupe.
