daemon kswap consumes more cpu% and memory % and leaves my system very very slow
and then hangout. If I open any office document in this case then I have to hard
boot my system. I am facing this probelm from last 15 days but donno how to
submit a bug at appriate address hence pending the issue. I have Windows 2000
Prof on same system but no such slow down issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It happens automatically.
2. When i see system usage by top -d 2 command
3. I see approx 10% and 16% are consumed by kswapd

Actual Results:  
My system hangout not allowing me to do anything.

Expected Results:  
Running my system smoothly, with no hanging proper.

My System is Intel 2.4GHz with 256 RAM and Mercury Motherboard.
512 of Swap Partition.
30GB Space for Linux and 10GB for Windows.
