All nick changes are reporting incomplete messages... and invalid code strings.
Channel mode strings are incomplete and reporting code numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. nick change
2. channel mode change
3. restart services



Expected Results:  
nick change <nick> to <nick>
mode change should not be reporting - otherwise just the mode change -o or +o
