When you click the "Attach File" button on the Gmail compose-mail page, the Page
gets ugly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open The Gmail
2. Click on "Compose Mail"
3. Click on "Attach File"


Actual Results:  
The Layout of the Page is messed up.

Expected Results:  
Not Messed up the layout.
