when you try to access the site after you put your certificate your username and
your password, it doesn't pass anything , while in IE when the page is loaded it
ask to install Verisign Class , in Mozilla Firefox for windows using JRE 1.5.0 
tje status bar display: verisign class not found or not load and in mozilla
firefox for 1.0.4 for linux it doesn't do anything even display warn messages

Steps to Reproduce:
1.place a certificate put a username and password invented in data fields
2.click botom Accesar 
3. the page still the same because the class was not found or not loaded

Actual Results:  
the page doesn't change or relink to another page 

Expected Results:  
you should enter the secure site to view and send important details

Ivan, is this still a problem? My Spanish is a bit too rusty to understand exactly what's going on here, and that page is a NIGHTMARE of MS-specific code. Confirming in the interim, because it's pretty clear SOMETHING isn't right.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
