Option to forbid sites to set cookies when removed from Privacy->Cookies does not work.

However, the option to forbid sites that set cookies which I remove from doing so in the future does not seem to work. I checked in the "Exceptions" dialog and found nothing for the sites with removed cookies. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Remove a cookie, check checkbox to forbid site from setting future cookies. Check in exceptions for the appropriate rule. (It doesn't exist.) Go back to the site that set the cookie (It'll be set again.)

Can you reproduce this with a current trunk build from: <http://www.mozilla.org/releases/nightly.html>

I can not reproduce with the latest nightly build. It appears to be fixed there.
