Either I am ignorant of how to work it or the Bookmark Manager's sorting feature
is not functioning. No matter what I select or deselect (including folders) the
options to "Sort by location" or "Sort by title" are dimmed. I will attach a
screengrab to illustrate.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bookmark Manager.
2. Try feverishly to sort bookmarks by selecting everything, some things, and
nothing.
Actual Results:  
Failed miserably to get the bloody sorter to operate.

Expected Results:  
Should have let me sort, dammit.
