The Hebrew text should not exceed the cell bounds, nor the table bounds, nor the div or body bounds. This is so plain-vanilla that I can't relate this to any RTL bug I know. Note this bug has nothing to do with borders. Also, it might not manifest on other platforms with these exact font family, weight and size settings. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
