See attached testcase. The Hebrew text should not exceed the cell bounds, nor
the table bounds, nor the div or body bounds. This is so plain-vanilla that I
can't relate this to any RTL bug I know.

Note this bug has nothing to do with borders. Also, it might not manifest on
other platforms with these exact font family, weight and size settings.

Weird... must be something which has been fixed in the last couple of weeks. And
I never knew about it. Very weird. Sorry.
