This is a dupe, and has nothing at all do to with security. This also works for me in a current trunk build, so the original is probably marked fixed at this point.

That does not really work! Ctrl+n works and other shortcuts, but alt+d does not work. If caps lock is on, it only plays the default system beep sound if pressing alt+d. That's so further on with the Windows release of Firefox. (I use v.1.0.4).

Do you want to take a vnc connection to my desktop, so you can yourself see it does not work? Or don't you otherly believe?
