Looking at http://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Localization_Teams#Irish_.28ga-IE.29,
there is a ga-IE team, at least for toolkit/firefox.

Yes, we already have an official Firefox translation, and are working CVS for
the 1.1 release. See:

Séamus Ó Ciardhuáin and I have been working on TB on our own
for a few weeks now.   About 2/3 of the translation is done
already.  I was planning on checking the files into the trunk maybe
next week (after a bit more is done).

Could we get a status report on this, we would like to branch for 1.1 late next 
week and want to deal with new locales by then. For the most part, and 1.1, that
is.

- we're in CVS
- about 80% string complete
- plan to be 100% string complete in short time
- would love a tinderbox/test builds to start doing some testing.

Who is project owner for thunderbird then? Kevin? Who is peer?

up-to-date.

I've already nagged bsmedberg via email and I think we should be good to go soon
with this.

We were added to tinderbox yesterday (and we were green last time I looked).
And Brian's status report is correct, though it's unlikely we'll
get to 100% before the branch deadline.

Brian, it would seem to make sense for you to be peer on TB also, no?
