When I reply to a message in hmtl, Thunderbird will not strip the signatures
from the quoted text. It will strip the signatures from the message when I reply
in plain text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reply to a message in html

Actual Results:  
Thunderbird didn't strip the signatures from the quoted text

Expected Results:  
Thunderbird should have stripped the signatures from the quoted text
Dupe of a very old bug (note that the original symptom described there is not 
the current behavior).  See also bug 273700.
