I just noticed I had 2 identities -- both "Linda Walsh" <user@mymail> -- same
name, same email addr. Shouldn't the identity creation dialogue complain
if there are duplicate entries -- perhaps even "warn" on "duplicate" email
addrs'?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 identities w/same name and email addr
2. that's it
3.

Actual Results:
you get 2 duplicate identities

Expected Results:
told me I'm an idiot for forgetting that I already had created the
identity...:-) Ok, maybe worded a bit more nicely...
It's conceivable that you might want two identities with the same name and
address but with other settings different. For instance, I have two identities
with the same name and address, but one has a sig and the other (my default)
doesn't. If I want to send the mail with the sig, I just pick the other
identity.

The main problem with this is that the identity selector dropdown displays both
identically.
