http://reporter.mozilla.org/app/ uses "Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache,
must-revalidate".  This makes it unnecessarily slow to navigate, and makes most
browsers reset the search form when you navigate back to it.

Fixed on production instance.

I'll leave this open until I checkin the patch.
