Reproduced under Deer Park Alpha 1 with new profile. Didn't find anything better
than the "general" component.
There was the bug 14807 about The Mozilla Suite but I didn't find anything about
Firefox even if it's still an issue with it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Browse somewhere and let it open
3.Restart or shutdown Windows

Actual Results:  
The browser isn't shutdown correctly. The cache modify bit isn't reset (so the
cache is flushed at the next browser launch).

Expected Results:  
The browser should be shutdown correctly (something like when the X is clicked
or when the quit command is used in the menu).

The main problem seems to be the cache flush but there seems to be some others
issues.
An other test is to install the extension crash recovery and to notice that it
tell us the browser wasn't shutdown cleanly.
