In the page http://forum.eliberadio.ro/ romanian characters are displayed
incorrectly. Instead of "Căutare" it should be "C*utare" where * is a romanian
character defined at http://dexonline.ro/search.php?cuv=%26%23259%3B&source=
Event at this page this character is not diplayed OK. Other romanian characters
are also wrong.
This problem ocurrs only in MAC OS X 10.4.1. and not in 10.3.9.
Problem not present in Safari 2.0 on same Tiger OS.
Problem also present in Thunderbird 1.0.2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open page(s)!
2.That's all.
3.

Actual Results:  
Different weird characters are in place of the correct ones.

Expected Results:  
Display the romanian characters.

Hardware: Powerbook G4
OS: OS X 10.4.1
