When pages load in multiply tabs simultaneously, animated loading sign renders
over red "close tab" button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to RSS feed that has many links in it (
http://www.membrana.ru/export/rss.xml ) and place it in "Bookmars toolbar folder"
2. Wait till it update link of atricles for RSS feed
3. Right click link to this RSS's folder and then choose "Open in Tabs"


Actual Results:  
Many pages start loading in separate tabs. I do not have extremely fast
connection and have more then enough time to see animated loading signs on every
visible tab plus one more size that turn in a circle on top of red button that
closes selected tab.

Expected Results:  
I need to see "close tab" button clear.
