Summary: Title is selected/highlighted in General tab on switch from other tabs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load any page.
2. View | Page Info.
3. Click the "Forms" tab, click the "General" tab.

Expected Results:

The document's title should NOT be selected/highlighted.

Actual Results:

The title of the document IS selected/highlighted.

Initial load of the tab is fine.
Also confirmed in Firefox 1.1a1.
