Open a url in mozilla. place the carat in the url bar. Move to another window. Return to mozilla. Try highlighting the text in the url bar. It does not work for me on win32 and 2000022908 (m15 nightly), and the carat disappears. If that page has a form input (like yahoo.com), and you click into it, everything works again. This has been seen on winNT too.
ok, this can not be reproduced on linux it seems, so moving to win32 sorry for the spamm
