At this URL, the top and bottom login boxes have horizontal-scrollbar, but they
do not have to. Check in Firefox or Safari, they don't.

The odd thing is that the scrollbars stay afer the logon, maybe because of AJAX.
It causes a very strange layout, and may be disturbing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.sproutliner.com/
2. Check the top login box, for example -> BUG
3. Enter every word you want
4. Check the layout -> BUG

Actual Results:  
BUG: horizontal scrollbars stay on some elements, but they don't have to.

Expected Results:  
The login boxes don't have to show horizontal scrollbars.
