Alt + d does not go to the address bar when caps lock is on

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.turn caps lock on
2.press and hold Alt
3.Simultaneously press the D key

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
move cursor to and highlight all text in the address bar
